A 50% deposit using a valid credit/debit card (expiration date within ninety (90) days of your event) is required at the time of the reservation. ALL DEPOSITS are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and only transferable to an available and agreed-upon reservation date if event is cancelled at least eight (8) days prior to originally scheduled reservation. Credit of deposit/event amount will be applied to customer account but forfeited if not utilized within 6 months for future reservation. Events cancelled within seven (7) days of your event will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.

NOTE: You will only be allowed one (1) reschedule date.

The mobile truck & trailer requires a minimum 75 feet of level ground and adequate space to safely enter/exit the neighborhood or site. We will under no circumstances attempt to park or enter a site that creates potentially hazardous conditions for individuals, personal property, equipment or the mobile unit, and or precludes safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT: Please obtain pre-approval from neighbors and/or property manager if your selected parking area for us infringes upon their personal property (e.g., driveway), requires a special permit or may create a hostile environment.

Unfortunately, we do not, but can utilize a pre-approved, designated nearby location for event (parking lot, adjacent street, park, etc.)

We gladly service the DMV area within a 15-mile radius of our host location zip code 20774.  Engagements that exceed this radius are welcome, but will incur a travel surcharge.

Please contact us for corporate & school pricing package options. After your booking is confirmed and balance is paid, please promptly submit all requests for W-9, tax-exempt status, liability insurance documents and/or completion of vendor forms.

For the health and safety of others we maintain a SMOKE-FREE environment and request our guests refrain from all forms of smoking within 15 feet of the mobile unit.

To maintain a safe and clean environment, food must be consumed outside of the mobile unit.  Beverages are restricted to consumption in the MVP (Celebrity) Lounge area (adults only) or outside of the mobile unit.  (There is no table in this area.)  If you would like us to also cater your event, please visit our affiliate website JFY Carnival Creations (carnivalcreations4u.com)

NB: Must be at least 21 years of age to serve/consume alcohol during the event.

The designated Strike Zone Concierge for your event will make every effort to ensure you have a safe, monumental and memorable experience.  You may tip the Concierge, but it is not required.
