Mobile bowling rental policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit using a valid credit/debit card (expiration date within ninety (90) days of your event) is required at the time of the reservation. ALL DEPOSITS are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and only transferable to an available and agreed-upon reservation date if event is cancelled at least eight (8) days prior to originally scheduled reservation. Credit of deposit/event amount will be applied to customer account but forfeited if not utilized within 6 months for future reservation. Events cancelled within seven (7) days of your event will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. NOTE: You will only be allowed one (1) reschedule date.
PRIVACY POLICY
JFY STRIKE ZONE Mobile Bowling is committed to protecting your privacy. We utilize the information provided on the website to make bookings as user-friendly as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to individuals or companies.
TRAVEL TIME
As a mobile facility, traffic and/or construction delays are beyond our control and may result in a delayed arrival to your event; however, we will still honor your STRIKE ZONE reservation time interval. Your mobile extravaganza will begin upon completion of setup (setup time is approximately fifteen (15) minutes).
***TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Travel fee may be applied if venue is beyond a 15-mile radius from mobile facility location zip code 20774.
VENUE
For our trailer to function properly the site needs to be as level as possible. Prior to our arrival, the designated seventy-five feet (75’) parking area must be cleared and ensure all entrances and exits are wide enough for our trailer to safely enter and exit property. This will help alleviate any delays and reduction of time to enjoy your STRIKE ZONE experience.
**NOTE: We are unable to park in and/or drive across grassy areas, rock-filled surfaces, uneven roads, on hills or dips/ditches due to the weight of our trailer and to avoid it potentially becoming lodged in the ground. **For apartment complexes and houses off main roads we will not attempt to navigate through areas that would potentially cause damage to our trailer or other vehicles or personal property.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
JFY STRIKE ZONE Mobile Bowling was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and has a climate-controlled HVAC system (heating/air-conditioning). There may be instances in which the weather conditions make it unsafe to host your scheduled event. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule to ensure the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. When the forecast is for hazardous weather (i.e., pending snow storm, torrential rain, extremely hot or cold temperatures) on the date of your scheduled event, please contact us prior to the event to discuss rescheduling.
MINOR GUESTS (ages 18 & under)
JFY STRIKE ZONE Mobile Bowling requires a parent/ guardian or responsible adult (minimum age 21 yrs. old) to be present inside or in close proximity to the trailer for the duration of the event. Contact information needs to be provided for the individual(s) who will be on site and responsible for handling any issues or violation of company policies.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS
Consumption of alcohol will be permitted on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny request to serve alcohol or immediately terminate the event for public intoxication, unwarranted behavior and to ensure the safety of the guests and staff. Any guests consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age (identification required).
DAMAGE/INJURY
JFY STRIKE ZONE Mobile Bowling or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, JFY Strike Zone Mobile Bowling reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful misconduct resulting in damage of same by client’s guest(s). JFY Strike Zone Mobile Bowling and/or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
JFY STRIKE ZONE Mobile Bowling will allow food and drinks inside the MVP (Celebrity) Lounge for adults only on a case-by-case basis. Please advise your guests to consume all food and beverages prior to entering the trailer.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the trailer.
WEAPONS
No firearms, knives, brass knuckles, concealed weapons or items that could be used as a weapon are permitted inside the trailer or within 50 feet of mobile trailer
PHOTOGRAPHY
Utilization of the SELFIE-STATION inside the trailer is available for an additional fee. Please advise us in writing prior to your event if you do not authorize us to post photos of your event on our website and/or social media sites. During your event, a staff member will be taking pictures/videos inside & outside the mobile unit to capture your memorable moments. The pictures/videos will be available for viewing and purchase within 14 days after the event. If you do not want your event filmed and/or pictures posted on our website or social media platforms, please notify us via EMAIL prior to the event.
